WACA Ground Cleaning Tender
WA Cricket is seeking an experienced and capable contractor to deliver comprehensive cleaning services across the WACA Ground within the redeveloped precinct.
The WACA Ground precinct comprises a range of facilities including the main stadium, high-performance areas, indoor training centre, aquatic and health club, function and corporate spaces, food and beverage outlets, and public amenities. Cleaning services will be required across all relevant areas to support both daily operations and major events.
This opportunity requires a contractor who can deliver consistent, high-quality cleaning outcomes across a dynamic, high-traffic environment, ensuring the venue is maintained to the highest standards of presentation, hygiene and safety.
WA Cricket welcomes proposals that demonstrate capability in delivering cleaning services including, but not limited to:
- Routine daily cleaning of internal and external areas
- Event cleaning (pre, during and post-event services)
- Public amenities and bathroom cleaning
- Waste management and disposal
- Stadium seating bowl and spectator area cleaning
- Corporate, function, and hospitality space cleaning
- High-performance and training facility cleaning
- Periodic and deep cleaning services
- Environmentally sustainable cleaning practices
Respondents are encouraged to demonstrate innovative approaches, strong quality assurance processes, and the ability to operate flexibly across varying operational demands, including major events.
The Pavilion – Optional Cleaning Services Scope
The Pavilion is a new community health and aquatic destination at the WACA Ground, featuring a 50m outdoor heated pool, fully equipped gym, group fitness studios, learn to swim program, waterslides and splash park. It is excluded from the base WACA Ground Cleaning Services scope and is subject to a separate cleaning scope described in Schedule 5 – The Pavilion Cleaning Services Scope, which may be awarded as an optional addition at WA Cricket’s discretion. Respondents are invited to price The Pavilion scope separately within their submission.
