WACA Ground Sports Medicine Centre Opportunity
WA Cricket is seeking an experienced operator to establish and deliver a Sports Medicine Centre within the newly redeveloped WACA Ground precinct.
The tenancy comprises approximately 250sqm of ground-floor space with direct street access from Nelson Crescent and close proximity to The Pavilion aquatic and health club, Indoor Cricket Training Centre, high-performance facilities and Wirin Café.
Delivered as a cold shell, the tenancy provides the flexibility for the successful operator to design and fit out a facility aligned to their service offering and long-term vision.
WA Cricket welcomes proposals that deliver high-quality sports medicine and allied health services, including:
- Sports and exercise medicine
- Physiotherapy
- Exercise physiology
- Rehabilitation services
- Sports massage
- Podiatry and biomechanics
- Injury prevention and education programs
- Medical support services
Operators are encouraged to demonstrate innovative approaches that support performance, recovery, participation and long-term wellbeing.
